Sometimes the best workouts I have are when I am working with a partner who pushes me a little harder!
My husband always designs tough workouts and I push through and dig deep because in the end I feel better when it is completed!

Level 1: 4 Rounds Level 2: 8 Rounds
30 Seconds Rounds / 10 Second Rest
- Burpee (Tap hands on top of the Jump)
- Sit up with Medicine ball
- Plank up/down (Partner jumps back and forth over legs) (Alt)
- Lunges (Holding partner wrist, Alt legs)
- Wall sit (Partner uses legs to Tricep dip)
- Windshield Wiper
