Sunday Funday – Partner Hiit Workout

Sometimes the best workouts I have are when I am working with a partner who pushes me a little harder!

My husband always designs tough workouts and I push through and dig deep because in the end I feel better when it is completed!

Enjoy this partner workout and let me know if you want more individual ones or partner workouts!

Level 1: 4 Rounds Level 2: 8 Rounds

30 Seconds Rounds / 10 Second Rest

  1. Burpee (Tap hands on top of the Jump)
  2. Sit up with Medicine ball
  3. Plank up/down (Partner jumps back and forth over legs) (Alt)
  4. Lunges (Holding partner wrist, Alt legs)
  5. Wall sit (Partner uses legs to Tricep dip)
  6. Windshield Wiper
6. Windshield Wiper ( Butt to Butt ) ( Move to opposite side )
